General Requirements:

Must have minimum experience in the reservation department.

Familiar with reservation systems, guest communication, and reservation administration.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Highly motivated, creative, and guest-oriented.

Able to join immediately.
