1. Executive Chef
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in upscale or boutique hotels/restaurants

Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, food safety, and hygiene standards

Prior experience working in Indonesia and/or Asia is a strong advantage
-
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills across multi-unit operations
-
Ability to develop innovative, international, and creative culinary concepts
-
Time management efficiently
-
Able to join immediately

Open to local and expatriate candidates
