Key Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

Proven experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or boutique luxury properties.

Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalized guest experiences.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Strong operational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
