Qualification:
- Able to speak English
- Having experience as a housekeeping/ front office/ related field is preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Placement in – Kedisan, Kintamani
RESERVATION
Qualification:
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in reservations or front office
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy
- Having experience in operating PMS
- Placement in – Denpasar, Bali
OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Qualification:
- Minimum 3-5 years in villa or hospitality management
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, operational planning, and guest relations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
- Placement in – Seririt, Buleleng.
