Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within an eco-friendly hospitality concept.
- Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
- Familiar with Ubud area and local culture is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Physically fit and well-groomed.
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills (for relevant positions).
- Hands-on approach and strong guest service orientation.
