As the right-hand person to our busy owner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the owner, managing all incoming communications, emails, calls, and appointments.
- Maintain the owner’s calendar and schedule, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal finances, and organizing personal appointments.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.
- Proactively anticipate the owner’s needs and take initiative to ensure they are met.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the owner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives or business owners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
