Qualifications:

2-3 years in a front desk or supervisory role, preferably in luxury villas, resorts, or five-star hotels.

Relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field.

Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.

Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).

Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent customer service and guest relations.
Job Description:

Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Manage reservations, room assignments, and ensure accurate billing.

Maintain guest accounts and databases with up-to-date information.
-
Monitor and optimize departmental expenses.
-
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
-
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
-
Assist with managing staff schedules and resolve staffing issues.
-
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement process improvements as needed.
-
In coordination with the Reservations and E-Commerce teams, manage incoming guest reservations.
