Requirements:
- Strong expertise in content creation, graphic design, and digital advertising, including Meta Ads and Google Ads (1).
- Knowledgeable in marketing strategy & planner, campaign, content creation (1).
- Knowledgeable in customer service standards and handle guest complaints professionally (2,3).
- Knowledgeable in food quality, presentation, and hygiene standard (4).
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations (3,4,5,6).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with trainee experience are welcome to apply (5,6).
- Holds a valid Security Certification (Gada Pratama) (7,8).
- Good knowledge of security procedures, equipment and emergency response (7,8).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (1,2,3,5,6,7,8).
- Previous experience in the same or similar position is preferred (1-8).
- Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work well in a team (1-8).
