General Requirements:
- Relevant educational background based on the position applied.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures.
