- Front Office
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
General Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office Staff/Receptionist (fresh graduates are welcome if having internship experience).
- Good command of English, both spoken and written. Additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and polite attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts (morning/afternoon), including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
