- ASSISTANT MANAGER SPA AND LEISURE
- F&B SUPERVISOR
- CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
- KIDS CLUB ATTENDANT (DAILY WORKER)
INTERSHIP PROGRAM (TRAINEE):
• FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
• SPA
• ACCOUNTING
• IT
• MARKETING
• ENGINEERING
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Solid knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and leisure/recreation services, with a strong passion for guest experience and service excellence (No 1)
• Strong background in overseeing daily FB outlet operations (No 2)
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and handling procedures (No 3)
• Dynamic and creative approach to maintaining and enhancing service standards
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages will be an advantage
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident
