Position Purpose
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting all foods according to the company standards as directed by the Chef in charge and provide superior quality food in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

Certification in culinary arts or relevant field

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Good knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques

Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards

Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Experience in Asian cuisine is a plus

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory
