Requirements :

Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality or luxury resort.

Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (VHP).

Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

Ability to handle email correspondence, booking requests, and sales documentation professionally.

Understanding of sales reports and reservation forecasting.

Strong communication skills in English and additional languages is a plus.
