- Front Office Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Support, assist, and train team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
- Perform all other duties as requested
- Offer timely information about hotel services and facilities to guests
- Build strong relationships and liaise with other departments
General Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Front Office
- Proficient in English
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
