- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Operations Manager or similar role in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
