Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests & handle check-in/out;
- Answer inquiries & address guest concerns;
- Manage reservations & room assignments;
- Process payments & maintain accurate records;
- Support other departments & ensure security;
- Promote hotel services & maintain a positive image.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Service Agent (GSA) or Front Office Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Exceptional customer service skills and active listener;
- Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
- Highly organized and able to work with a system in following up with customer from quotation to final payments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
- Familiar with VHP system;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Waitress / Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival;
- Effectively communicate with guests to ascertain their food and beverage preferences;
- Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders;
- Deliver food and beverages to guests’ tables in a timely and courteous manner;
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards;
- Proactively address guests’ needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service;
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related position, background in the hospitality or F&B domain is preferred;
- Good communication skills, good personality and discipline;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa;

Housekeeping Supervisor
- Responbility
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers/tubs.
- Decluttering rooms and organizing items.
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable space.
- Stocking supplies (e.g., toiletries, cleaning products).
- Reporting any repairs needed (e.g., leaks, broken appliances).
- Following a cleaning schedule or plan to ensure all areas are regularly addressed.
- Preparing rooms for guests.
- Offering additional services, such as bed-making and refreshing towels.
Engineering Daily Worker
Responbility
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of maintaining hotel infrastructure before problems arise.
- Safety Standards: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly concerning the safety of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Communication Skills: Interaction with hotel management, guests, and staff requires clear communication, especially when resolving issues that might affect the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Certification in Engineering or Related Fields: Many roles require certifications or degrees in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Hospitality: Experience in hotel settings can be a plus, as it requires knowledge of the specific challenges hotels face.

Commis Chocolatier
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Chocolate Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of chocolate for various products (bonbons, pralines, truffles, chocolate bars, etc.).
- Workstation Maintenance: Ensuring the chocolate workstation is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Moulding and Tempering: Learning the essential techniques such as tempering chocolate, molding, and coating.
- Confectionery Making: Assisting in the creation of other confections (e.g., fudge, caramel, fillings) that complement chocolate products.
- Packaging: Helping to package chocolates and ensure the presentation is visually appealing.
- Maintaining Quality: Assisting in ensuring products meet the desired taste and texture by following strict recipes and techniques.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Following proper hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Support Senior Chocolatiers: Helping senior chocolatiers with specialized tasks, which may include troubleshooting or experimenting with new recipes and techniques.
Skills and Qualifications for Commis Chocolatier
- Basic Culinary Skills: A foundational understanding of culinary arts, especially pastry and chocolate work, is beneficial.
- Interest in Chocolate: A passion for chocolate and learning about its diverse uses is crucial.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is key in chocolate making, whether it’s for tempering chocolate or creating detailed designs.
- Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination for molding, shaping, and decorating chocolates.
- Creativity: While working under supervision, a commis chocolatier may need to come up with new ideas for chocolate products or presentations.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage ingredients, tools, and workstations efficiently.

Purchasing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the purchasing department to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the purchasing process.
- Work closely with finance and accounting departments to manage budgets and expenses.
- Provide leadership and training to purchasing staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
