OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER
– FRONT OFFICE
Requirements:
- Local, age between 30-45 years old.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven Villa Front Desk & Operations experience as an Operations Assistant Manager or similar position.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, or similar.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
- A guest-oriented and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- The ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outgoing and cheerful personality.
- Honest, integrity and passion with the job.
- Computer literacy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the villas, ensuring all guest experiencesmeet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction. Supervise and train a team of staff, ensuring they are performing their duties to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Routine inspection of each villa regularly and prior to each check-in.
- Report maintenance issues and follow-up with the relevant department.
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
- Process arrival guests check-in and check-out.
- Provide information to guests about amenities, surrounding venues, etc.
- Promote hu’u experiences to guests.
- Assist guest’s requests, such as villa facilities, transportation, restaurant recommendations & reservation, etc.
- Address guest feedbacks and report to the Estate Manager.
- Daily record of Guest Experiences and report to the Estate Manager.
