Person profile, qualifications and desired experience:
• Male / Female (1)
• Preferably male (2)
• Relevant educational background with the position being applied: Diploma or Degree in Culinary / Hospitality Management (1), SMK / Diploma Engineering (2)
• At least 2 years experience in an international hotel (1)
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations with strict controls on budgeting and food safety procedures (1)
• Innovative, able to adapt to market trends, strong organizational skills, and multi tasking (1)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, such as Words, Excell, Power Point, etc (2)
