RETREAT COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Retreat Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of retreats and similar events. You will work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand their objectives and preferences, and then coordinate all logistics to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all participants. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential in this role. This is a creative and dynamic role that requires a passion for event planning and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Strong in MICE/Event and have a great sales skill
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation abilities and social skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience with digital platforms
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules
- Knowledge of retreat & wellness industry trends, vendors, and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and budget management skills
