REVENUE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Revenue Manager at Hotel Komune, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams, maximizing profitability and checking distributions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies. By analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and monitoring competitor activity, you will ensure our pricing remains competitive while maximizing revenue potential across all channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years proven experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools such
- as RMS, STR, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of distribution channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and
- direct booking strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions
- to drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
WEDDING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Wedding Coordinator you are responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of a wedding ceremony and reception. Wedding Coordinators work closely with Wedding Sales and Wedding Operation Manager, as well as the Bride and Groom. The role objective is to ensure that their wedding day is a memorable and stress-free experience. You are responsible for managing vendors, creating timelines, and ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly. Wedding Coordinators must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. They should also have a strong understanding of wedding traditions and be able to provide guidance and advice to the Bride and Groom. This is a creative and dynamic role that requires a passion for event planning and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in wedding industry
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Passion for weddings and celebrations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation abilities and social skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Experienced in wedding industry trends, vendors, and best practices
- Based in Bali
