Your Role
As our Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring our retreat remains immaculate and inviting. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining Hot Stone Club’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service.
- Establish and maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality service.
- Manage housekeeping budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve optimal productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in housekeeping.
- Budgeting and inventory management experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Warm and professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset.
