General Requirements:

At least 2 years experiences in reservation, customer service or hospitality.(1)

Familiarity with PMS, OTA platforms, and booking systems is a plus. (1)

Familiar with VHP System (2)

Attention to detail and multitasking. (1)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems. (1)

Knowledge in basic accounting and financial reconciliation is a plus. (1)
