- Proven experience in kitchen management and daily kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain high food quality and consistency.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
