With general requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in related field (1,2,3)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (1,2,3)
- Good communication and organizational skills (1,2,3,4,5)
- Able to join immediately (1,2,3,4,5)
- Well-groomed, professional and able to work under pressure (1,2,3,4,5)
- Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s in hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field (4)
- Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s in accounting or related field (5)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a 4-star hotel (4,5)
- Proficient in VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system (4,5)
- Experienced in handling meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events/MICE (4)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (4)
- Target-oriented with good sales performance (4)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) (4)
