We are looking for qualified individuals who are highly motivated, knowledgeable and skillful to join our team in Harmonie Luxury Villas in Seminyak on a full-time basis:
- Housekeeping
- Security
- Bookkeeper
- Site Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position (1–3)
- Minimum of 2 years as a Site Manager or an equivalent position in medium- to large-scale projects. (4)
- Able to work independently and as part of the team (1–4)
- Strong knowledge of villa security procedures, emergency response and safety Regulation. (2)
- Good English communication skill (1–3)
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, discipline and eager to learn (1–4)
- Fluent in English both in spoken and written, other language proficiency is an advance
- Bachelor’s degree (4) in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Electrical Engineering (4)
- Holding a Competency Certificate (SKK/SKA) for Middle/Main Experts or a Construction OHS/POP Certificate is an added value (4)
- Proficient in reading and understanding working drawings (AutoCAD/BIM) as well as cost estimation (RAB/BOQ) (4)
- Able to join immediately (1–4)
