Requirements:
- Proven experience minimum 3 (three) years in same position
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and development people (1)
- Analytical and strategic thinking, as well as proficiency is sales management tools (2)
- Empowers hotel staff to deliver guest service by encouraging and rewarding responsive guest assistance (3)
- A highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in engineering, leadership, project management, and administrative duties (4)
- Proficient in delivering exceptional service to high-end clientele, with a track record of excellence. Creative, hands-on, and familiar with VHP system (5)
- Have a strong background in spa therapies, along with expertise in hair styling and beauty services to enhance our clients’ overall wellness and beauty experience (5)
- Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player
