Position : Front Office Supervisor
Department : Front Office
- Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, along with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or similar establishment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of Front Office Staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- The ability to resolve guest issues and address operational challenges efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours
