Lowongan Goya Boutique Resort Ubud

We are looking for professional individual to fill these following positions:

1. Head Chef

Qualifications:

  1. At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Professional culinary certification is an advantage.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

  3. In-depth understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

  4. Ability to manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control effectively.

  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff.

  6. Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to kitchen operations.

  7. Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, kitchen inventory or POS systems).

  8. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to resort standards and culture.

  9. Able to join immediately.
