Staff
- Head Chef
- Chef de Cuisine
Daily Worker & Apprentice
- Technician (DW)
- Security (Apprentice)
Trainee
- Front Office (Trainee)
- F&B Service (Trainee)
- F&B Kitchen (Trainee)
- Engineering (Trainee)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same role within a hotel environment. (1 & 2)
- Strong leadership and team management skills. (1 & 2)
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, food cost control, menu planning, and kitchen operations. (1 & 2)
- Having a training or DW experience in the similar role is preferred. (3 & 4)
- Committed to a 6-month internship program and currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a school/university, available for the period of June/July 2026 – December 2026/January 2027 (5–8).
- Passionate about the hospitality industry, well-groomed, and well-mannered.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
