General Qualifications for Chef De Partie Pastry:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Pastry section) within a hotel or restaurant industry.

Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.

Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
-
Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
-
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry presentation.
-
A team player with good communication and leadership skills.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Displays a positive attitude, discipline, and high commitment to work quality.
General Qualifications for Bartender:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

An experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate individual.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Knowledge of basic bartending techniques (shaking, stirring, muddling, layering).

Ability to prepare a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.

Have a bartending certification or related training.

Understand food and beverage safety standards.

Open-minded, well-organized, and results-oriented.
