General Qualifications for Chef De Partie Pastry

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Pastry section) within a hotel or restaurant industry.

Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.

Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.

Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry presentation.

A team player with strong communication and leadership skills.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Displays a positive attitude, discipline, and high commitment to work quality.
General Qualifications for Bartender

Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)

Minimal 1 year experience in similar position

Ability to communicate fluently in English

Able to work independently and in a team

Understand basic bartending techniques such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering.

Ability to mix various types of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages).

Have a bright and cheerful personality.

Understand hygiene standards related to bar operations.
General Qualifications for DW Food & Beverage Service

Have basic knowledge of F&B service (table service, buffet, banquet, etc.)
-
Possess good handling trays, menu knowledge, and table setup.

Experience is an advantage, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to communicate in basic English (at least).
-
Well-groomed, honest, responsible, and proactive.

Discipline and neat appearance.
