Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within an eco-friendly hospitality concept.
• Good command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
• Familiar with Ubud area and local culture is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Physically fit and well-groomed.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. (1,2,4,5,6,7)
• Hands-on approach and strong guest service orientation.
