Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service
(hospitality or wellness industry is a plus) - Proficient in operating OTA platforms and online booking systems
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in conducting online meetings and presentations
- Skilled in using Google Workspace and other digital tools
- Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and customer care
Job Desk:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, WhatsApp, OTA channels, and social media
- Manage reservations and update room availability across OTA platforms (e.g.,
- Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Conduct online meetings with potential guests, travel agents, and partners
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients
- Arrange activities and coordinate schedules based on guests’ retreat itineraries
- Maintain accurate booking data, payment tracking, and sales reports
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure guest needs are met
- Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to manage administrative tasks efficientlyBenefits:
