Ersanea Villas Seseh we are looking a professional and communicative Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, answering their queries, and assisting them with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our guests
- Answer guest queries and assist them with their needs
- Manage guest reservation and check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Coordinate with other team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient in using reservation and property management system
