General Requirement & Responsible:
- Min 1–2 year experience in the same position (Spv & Staff)
- Min 6 month experience in the same position (DW)
- Strong leadership, team management & communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in Equipoise Resort Ubud
