- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform daily operational tasks efficiently.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and work quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
