We are currently looking for a Front Office Staff to join our team.
Qualifications:
• Male (preferred) or Female
• Previous experience in Front Office / Receptionist position is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Familiar with hotel systems (Guestpro is an advantage)
• Honest, responsible, and able to work well in a team
Responsibilities:
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
