E-Commerce Cluster
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online reservations, or revenue management within the hospitality industry or an Online Travel Agency (OTA).
- Proficient in channel management systems, booking engines (e.g., D-EDGE, STAAH), and OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Traveloka.
- Basic knowledge of revenue management, including rate parity, Best Available Rate (BAR), booking restrictions (MLOS, CTA/CTD), pickup analysis, and pace monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and reporting.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills to coordinate effectively with Market Managers and OTA account managers.
