Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping is required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with housekeeping internship or training experience.
- Hospitality or hotel-related educational background is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, honest, and reliable.
- Good physical stamina and able to perform housekeeping duties efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and adapt to the standards of Domu Alba Vita.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas to a high standard.
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged, clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room amenities according to company standards.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities as needed.
- Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping products safely and properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties when required.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
