Located in Canggu area, De Prestigio Villa offers guests a peaceful and serene environment. We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:
1. Butler
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, personalized service throughout guests’ stays, anticipating needs and building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain impeccable villa condition, especially for guest arrivals.

Communicate daily with the team regarding current and incoming guest needs.
-
Oversee villa cleaning and maintenance to minimize disruptions.
-
Promote in-house facilities to guests to enhance their experience.

Assist other departments with guest-related matters to ensure timely and professional service.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Butler in a luxury hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

Flexible and adaptable to changing guest needs.
-
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish) are advantageous.
