Position: Operations Supervisor
Qualifications:
-
Understanding of Housekeeping Operations (cleanliness standards, preventive maintenance, linen handling, amenities & linen inventory)
-
Understanding of Front Office Operations (check-in/out, complaint handling, guest communication)
-
Able to manage E-commerce, OTA, and Booking Engine (update rates, availability, promotions)
-
Digital marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
-
Leadership experience (able to supervise and motivate the team)
-
Strong communication skills & customer satisfaction oriented
-
Problem-solving skills, able to handle complaints calmly & efficiently
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email, PMS)
-
Flexible & willing to work on weekends and public holidays
-
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
Position: DW Waiter/Waitress
Qualifications:
-
Experience in food and beverage service (restaurant, café, or hotel)
-
Skilled in preparing and serving food and beverages to high standards
-
Proficient with POS systems and order-taking procedures
-
Highly preferred: experience operating coffee machines (espresso and traditional kopi)
-
Strong knowledge of hygiene practices and coffee equipment maintenance
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Reliable team player with strong time management and multitasking abilities
-
Certificate or training in F&B service (preferred but not mandatory)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
