- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
- Proficient in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage the spa team and interact with guests.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of spa operations and wellness programs.
