Qualification:

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Previous experience in Front Office Reception, Guest Service Agent, or similar role is preferred.

Strong guest communication skills, both in written and verbal interactions.

Service-oriented, polite, and able to handle guest complaints calmly.

Physically able and willing to assist with basic guest service tasks (e.g. towel or amenity delivery).

Able to work independently during night shift with limited staff on duty.
