Qualifications:
-
Having minimum 1 year experience in similar positions

Positive attitude

Have a leadership skill (1,2,3,4,6)

Ability to analyze F&B performance and implement improvement strategies (1,2)

Strong in SOP implementation and operational standardization for F&B (1,2)
-
Creative and open-minded in menu planning, promotions, and guest experiences (1)

Familiar with F&B software or POS systems (Micros, Excel, Word, etc.) (1,2)

Target-oriented with focus on achieving operational goals

1 year of experience in e-commerce, OTA management, or hotel reservations (5)

Good knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.) (5)

Familiar with reservation procedures, front office, and guest handling (6)

Detail-oriented in handling reservation input and guest data (5)

Ability to use VHP (PMS) and STAAH (channel manager) is an advantage (5)
