Qualifications:– Minimum High School Diploma (Hospitality background is an advantage).
– Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Front Office, Receptionist, or Customer Service is preferred.
– Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
– Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
– Available to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
– Ensure guests receive outstanding service and a memorable experience.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
– Assist with check-in, check-out, and guest communications.
Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
– Build strong relationships with guests and provide personalized service.
