General qualifications:
- Hospitality high school or diploma graduates with minimum 6 month of similar experience
- Fluent English speaking and writing (1, 2, 3 and 4)
- Interested in watersport, kids-club, MC-ing (2)
- Positive work attitude, discipline, initiative and drive for excellence
- Availability to start immediately
