Qualification:

Overseeing food production in accordance with quality and presentation standards

Possessing experience in menu creation/planning
-
Managing inventory and preparing kitchen work schedules
-
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
-
Experience in a similar role or as Lead Kitchen within 2–3 years
-
Team leading and management experience
-
Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs
-
Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, nights, and public holiday

Preparing operational reports and coordinating with the team

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
