General Requirements
- Has a background in hospitality industry for a minimum of 2 years in the related field
- Customer service oriented with attention to details
- Excellent communication in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays based on operation needs
- Good personality, positive attitude, and hard worker
