Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in villa/hotel/resort operations (1,2)

Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (1,2)

Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Relations (1)

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills (1)

Ability to handle operational budgeting, cost control, and SOP implementation (1)

Fluent in English, both spoken and written (1)

Hands-on, service-oriented, and able to manage daily operations effectively (1)

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar position (hospitality background is an advantage) (1,2)

Proven understanding of social media strategy, engagement growth, and conversion-focused content (2)

Strong visual sense and brand consistency awareness (2)

Able to work with targets, deadlines, and performance metrics (2)
