Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in a 4 or 5-star hotel (1)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position (2,3,4,5)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same/related position (6–10)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, BPJS, and training & development (1)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills (2)
- Strong leadership and good English (1–4)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (3)
- Familiar with VHP Hotel System (2,3,4)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (1–11)
- Active SMA/SMK, Diploma, or University student (12–15)
- Positive attitude and highly motivated (1–15)
